We provide planning + design for our couples with the ultimate goal of creating a wedding day that they dream of. 

Starting at $3,850

We'll help you find the vendors that suit your style, budget & guest count. Then we’ll be by your side until each place setting is set, the DJ has played the right version of your first dance song & your mom is thanking us for taking care of you.

Here’s how our wedding planning package works -

Before Your Wedding Day

• Vendor recommendations

• Custom Mood board for you to share with other vendors

• Help develop your signature style & overall vision

• Begin working closely together 4 months before the wedding day to help develop your signature style + overall vision

• Curate vendors + products, and see it through to styled execution

• 60 Days prior to wedding day, become main point of contact for vendors

• Provide Payment deadline reminders for all vendors

• Attend up to four meetings with vendors where you feel like you may need support

• Create a detailed timeline for all wedding vendors + bridal party to reference

• Attend walkthrough at venue

• Rehearsal orchestration

On Your Wedding Day (10 Hours of Service from our team)

• Centerpiece & altar design and management

• Design and manage all paper goods - such as escort cards, table numbers or favors

• Help manage any unexpected wedding day challenges

• Coordinate + cue special moments during wedding ceremony

• Distribute + pin flowers for bridal party & family

• Manage the timing of all bridal party, musicians or DJ - before & after the ceremony.

• Work with the photographer to help manage friends + family during photography sessions

• Act as a host, managing guests & vendors

• Cue all special moments during reception

• Arrange for all specialty items (cake topper, guest book, etc.) to be removed +held for you

• Clean up & tear down of all decorative items

• Removal of all cards & gifts

My husband + I eloped so I have a special place in my heart for elopements + intimate weddings (50 guests & under) and offer special discounts for that type of wedding. Please inquire for a custom price.

Event Coordination + Event Design 

We believe in celebration. Celebrating the big, the little + everything in between. We also believe that throwing a party or hosting an event is only worth the work if you can enjoy your guests. Which is where we step in. 

We offer a variety of services for any event; private dinners, grand openings, Christmas parties, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelor / bachelorette parties, small dinner parties. We're here to help with budget tracking, vendor communications, a detailed timeline, day-of coordination, & more. We analyze the entire event + manage it to the end, allowing you to enjoy the big moments without worrying about the tiny details.
