Meet Courtney

Owner + Lead Stylist 

I believe in celebration. Celebrating the big, the little & everything in between. I also believe that hosting an event is only worth the work if you have the opportunity to enjoy your guests - which is where my team steps in. We create unforgettable events for our clients by infusing unique touches of art + delight into life's biggest moments through the smallest details.

The events I host are fun spirited and eclectic with a focus on personalizing the day to fit the unique combined tastes of my clients. Between me, my staff, and our excellent vendors we help you brainstorm and create a plan that adds in emotional notes and design elements that you want. Then, we combine it with a plan to keep the day organized and flowing, taking special care to feature any traditions or special acknowledgements that are requested.

My husband + I live in a brick house at the bottom of the mountains with our baby girl & very emotional dog. When I’m not planning a Flourish Workshop or hosting a dinner party, you can find me at Orange Theory (I’m addicted) or out having a glass of wine with friends. I was raised in Eaton, Colorado with a giant, amazing family who drove me crazy as a child, but keep me grounded as an adult.

I am a self proclaimed design nerd. Since I was a child I have loved all things aesthetically pleasing. I fell in love with event planning at my first corporate job in Denver, planning large company events and it was then that I realized I'd never loved hard work more. After planning my own wedding, and then working with a team of wedding planners I decided it was time to start my business.

A few of my favorite things - Exposed brick, fringe, women who inspire other women, calligraphy, flower crowns (I don’t care that they’re out of style, I will love them always), elopements, cycling classes, coffee that comes from my moms kitchen (It tastes better with her), The Turnpike Troubadours, red wine, unique wedding day traditions..

I find joy in celebrating others in a space rooted in love, and I honestly believe everything deserves to be celebrated! I fell in love with special events because of the joy and happiness that comes from celebration and always feel so honored to be a part of it.

I love all things aesthetically pleasing. As a child, my main hobby was to set up the doll house, but didn’t really care to play with them. My hobby now seems to be that I constantly am rearranging the things in my house and always bringing home new decorations or old furniture to repurpose or refinish - another one of my favorite hobbies. I find joy in making things beautiful and I would be delighted to help make the event you’ve been dreaming of a beautiful reality!

A few of my favorite things - neutral colors, tiny wildflowers, local and eclectic coffee shops, Australian Shepherd puppies, white walls with wood accents, the father-daughter dance, my sweet boyfriend Caleb, all things foodie, serving others selflessly, concrete counter tops, frozen coconut mojitos, gardening, teary vows and love stories, Kieth Urban, delicious pastries, and just living plain and simple.
