The Flourish workshops were born out of a desire to connect + co-create with other local creative entrepreneurs. Our events are designed to offer the community an opportunity to learn more about talented local creators, while enjoying an immersive experience of making or learning something in a group setting.

Flourish | 2nd Annual Fall Wreath Workshop with Wild Posies

Our second annual Wreath Workshop with Wild Posies was just as fun as the first. This year we hosted the event at Wolverine Farm, and they provided wine & hot drinks for all of our guests to enjoy along with a Charcuterie board from The Fox and Crow. The best part of a wreath workshop is walking away with a gorgeous holiday wreath for your home. Again, a huge thank you to Tiffany from Satin + Pine for these photos (and the gorgeous name tags!).

Flourish | Macrame + Floral Arrangement with Lace + Lilies

This workshop was a fun collaboration with Lace + Lilies. We hosted a macramé workshop downtown Fort Collins, at one of Fort Collins' newest venues - The Green Room! Our guests learned how to create a beautiful macramé wall hanging design, and then were also guided through a lesson in floral arranging to pair with it.

Flourish | Holiday Market + Brush Calligraphy Workshop with Sage Paper Co.

First, guests shopped from beautiful products crafted by local Colorado makers, such as Sunday Supply Co,, Golden Poppy, Old Town Metals, and others! Then they dropped gifts off at our custom gift-wrapping station so they could enjoy hot cocoa + holiday treats as they settled into a 1.5 hour brush calligraphy workshop with Sage Paper Co.

Flourish | Craft Beer 101 with Maxline Brewing

Who doesn't want to know more about the beer they're ordering? 

Guests came + broadened their understanding about individual craft beers with the owner of Maxline Brewing. We will discussed basic chemistry of each beer, classic beer styles, + tasting techniques and tips.

Flourish | Watercolor 101 with Avo Ink

This Watercolor Workshop was designed to teach our guests a few basic techniques for color mixing + painting watercolor flowers! Everyone who attended was provided some easy-to-use materials so they could continue practicing their new skill at home.  We all painted postcards to send to someone you love. Natalie from Avo Ink did an incredible job breaking down the basics of watercolor for everyone who attended.

Flourish | Brush Calligraphy with Bezalel & Babel

In this workshop we learned the proper technique for brush lettering and were provided with some easy-to-use materials to get started.

Guests were provided a personalized notebook, 2 brush pens, 1 pencil, practice sheets, drinks, snacks + endless love + encouragement! Jessyca from Bezalel & Babel did an amazing job bringing everyone though the alphabet & showing them how to bring each letter together to create beautiful hand lettered creations.
